customers. Data was extracted from a database via a query and then entered into
a workbook along with thumbnails of each product. The client spent 4 days each

Another client had a website that sent an email every time someone registered for
their product. Information was taken from the printed email and typed into a
database. It was time consuming and prone to error. SpreadSheet Specialties
constructed a macro enabled workbook that allowed the user to drag the email to
a color coded box on the main sheet. Excel opened the email, scanned it for the
proper information and then entered the information into the database with no
need for user intervention.

Training
We can provide onsite training for all of your Excel users. Course material is geared
to three levels; basic for new users, intermediate for users with some experience
and advanced for experienced users who need to perform tasks in Excel that are
complex and may require programming.
